-your family will provide
breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry service and a private room
-CPH provides airport pick up and transfer to host family
-additional days of homestay cost (if available) $10
-additional days of homestay due to early arrival or late departure should be arranged at
the time of registration
-in most cases homestay can also be arranged for non-students; cost per per week $75
-all homestay arrangement and extensions should be made through CPH |

-Programs for all levels start every monday.
-we pride ourselves on our ability to respond
to your particular needs and will design a course and a
starting date for you or your group
-if you are the only person at your level,
you will receive 3 ½ or 5 hours of private tutoring instead
of 4 or 6 hours of group instruction |
-payment is due the first day classes
-we accept cash, traveler's cheques or an international money order
-we WILL NOT accept cheques drawn against banks outside the U.S. |

-CPH is closed and there are no classes and we cannot
make them up on:
January 1, May 1, Easter Thursday & Friday, August 15 and December 25 |
-we do not make refunds for any portion of classes or homestay
after the half-way point of your program
-no refunds will be made for voluntary absence from language classes or homestay |

-a deposit of $100 per person, together with a
filled application form is required al least 3 weeks before the start of the program for a
firm reservation, the deposit should be sent in the form of an international money order
or check drawn against a US-bank made payable to CPH
-the $100 deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to your course fee if
you reenroll within six months |
Tours |
| -if there is sufficient demand, CPH will organize
one day or overnight tours to such places as Jaco Beach, Manuel Antonio Beach, Arenal
Volcano; and of course, we assist students who wish to organize their own tours |
